BlackRock Technologies Announces
Brenda Moran to Join the Firm

Irvine, CA  –  (February 26, 2009) – BlackRock Technologies, Inc., leaders in helping customers realize the full benefit of their investment in Oracle technology, announce that Brenda Moran has joined the firm as a Managing Partner for the company effective March 2, 2009.  Ms. Moran, who worked for Oracle Corporation for the past 12 years, will have responsibility for BlackRock’s sales, marketing and business development functions.

Before joining BlackRock, Ms. Moran worked with Oracle Corporation, where she most recently managed the channel relationships in Southern California.  Ms. Moran designed and executed Channel and Partner programs in the West, which were leveraged by Oracle Corporation across North America.  Prior to working in channels, Ms. Moran maintained a successful sales record for both Oracle applications and Oracle technology. 

Before joining Oracle, Ms. Moran spent 2 years with Sequent Computer Systems and 10 years with Unisys Corporation in varying sales positions.  These positions were all focused on selling enterprise systems and solutions to organizations across the western United States.

Originally from Idaho, Ms. Moran now lives in Southern California with her husband and two children.  She spends her spare time with her family enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities that Southern California has to offer.
